Cancellation policy: We take this opportunity to explain our booking and reservations’ processes and the reason we have had to implement a cancellation policy. After confirming your booking we deny other enquiries for that cottage. If you decide to cancel we may not be able to re-let the cottage and this has a subsequent negative economic effect. Our cancellation terms: Up to 11 days prior to arrival, full refund. From 10 days prior to arrival, 10% per day of deposit value will be charged. In the event of a ‘no show’ the full charge of the stay will be levied. We will waive all charges if we find suitable replacement guests if you cancel your booking ‘within the 10 days prior to visit’ or if you ‘don’t show’ |
